Fill out general information and equipment access form and schedule first consultation with your trainer.


Have an Into Meeting with Trainer

This can be in person (if you are in the state college area) or online (if you are anywhere else).

We will go over your level of ability and help you determine the right route based on your needs and access to equipment.


Movement Assessment&Needs Analysis Testing,

After the initial consultation, we will have to do some baseline movements and exercises to pinpoint just how to begin. 


Get After It!

Begin receiving your workouts via email as a .pdf file will all exercise videos linked on the page.

Multiple Structures 


With UPLIFT online, we offer 1,2,3, or 4 Workouts/Week. Change it up each week, You are in control. 


Each Workout will include 

- A Dynamic Warm Up 

- Main Training Session (length dependent on needs and ability.) 

- A cool down / Light stretching. 

A workout could consist of skill or sport specific training such as a running workout/drills if discussed with trainer/coach. 

Initial Consultation, Mobility Assessment, and Needs Analysis Fees: $30.00

Then, cost of each individual workout creation with exercise videos is $11.99 + Tax Billed Weekly.


A discount of 50% is offered on monthly membership price if you choose to have access to Mountain Mobility on Demand. As long as you are an Uplift client that maintains at least 1 workout/month. Billed separate.  Contact For Discount code. 


  • Initial Consultation, Mobility assessment, and Needs Analysis ($30.00)

  • 60 - 90min individual training session/week.  ($65.00/each)



Determined on a case by case basis. Pricing may vary based on client-trainer agreement. 

The online training plan portion of the program will consist of exercise description videos, but not follow along videos. Follow along videos are unique to Mountain Mobility On Demand.  


These workouts will be sent as .pdf files with video links that you complete by yourself on your own time at your home or in your gym. 


Workouts will be sent the week of training and be billed at the end of the week of training regardless of completion by the client. 

Fill out a form with the equipment you have access to, and we will make a program that fits.
